Currier & Ives Dining Room Experience
Did you know that Colby Hill Inn sits on the Currier & Ives Scenic Byway?! Inspired by all things "Currier & Ives", Colby Hill Inn & The Grazing Room are delighted to offer a private Christmas holiday dining experience December 4-29. We are removing a lot of furniture from a guest room, one with a wood burning fireplace, and transforming it for a spirit of festivity for dining parties of 2-6. There will be a $300 experience charge in addition to food and beverage charges. The room must be vacated no later than 10:00 pm. Call (603) 428-3281 to RSVP.
Join us for a deluxe High Tea with some favorite Christmas treats! We begin at 12:30 pm in The Grazing Room. $65 per person includes a first round of mimosas, followed by your choice of holiday-inspired cocktails. *(Full payment, include sales tax and gratuity - total $83.53, applied at reservation. Refunds available only 14 days prior to event.) Before or after tea, shop in the Grazing Market for inspiration for your gift giving or explore the barn's festive decorations.

Après-Ski Dinner with Wine & Tamworth Distillery Pairings
Enjoy a day of skiing before a night not to forget, our first Aprés-Ski Wine Dinner! French, Austria & Italian "Alpine Ski Wines" will be paired with classic après ski foods such as fondue or potato rösti and some amazing featured dishes such as seafood or shortrib potpie and some surprises to come. We're also planning for an ice bar to feature Tamworth Distilleries most remarkable cordials and after dinner drinks by our outdoor fire pit (the indoor fireplace will be roaring too!). We're so impressed with Tamworth's aquavit, apple brandy, fig liqueur, plum gin, delicious rye, bourbon and whiskey, vodka, and we can't wait to share with you! $150 p.p. (plus sales tax and gratuity $192.75), This would make a great gift certificate to give at Christmas (special rate for gift certificates of $175 to include tax and gratuity).
