Lebanese Wine Dinner
With the upcoming arrival of Lebanese Château Kefraya Wines to New Hampshire, we thought we would add one more wine dinner to 2023. Five-course pairing dinner with Chef Barnes' interpretation of authentic Lebanese food. Simon Hokayem, of Rossi Imports, will be our guest wine expert for the evening. $100 pp ($128.50 with gratuity and sales tax).

Christmas Cheer Menu
A very special menu of Chef Barnes' favorite Christmas holiday foods. The menu is a la carte and runs daily from December 7 until December 30 (Wednesday through Sunday - private parties only on Mondays and Tuesdays). We will be closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day and on Mondays and Tuesdays, except for parties of 25 or more. For the full menu, look under our Dining tab for the Holiday Menus. We will also have a full line of special Christmas season cocktails available. You'll get a great view from the restaurant of holiday lights throughout the gardens. This same menu is available for office parties.

Currier & Ives Winter Wonderbarn
Did you know that Colby Hill Inn sits on the Currier & Ives Scenic Byway?! Join us in our (heated) barn for a Currier & Ives-inspired Winter Wonderland. 5:00 pm. Friday (12/15 - Private Party only). Open to Public Saturday (12/16) - Sunday (12/17) from 11:00 am -5:00 pm. Great gift shopping for the holidays with lots of small business-sourced products as well as some local craft products! *GERMAN CHRISTMAS MARKET FOODS & DRINKS Pork Schnitzel, Bratwurst Platter, Weisswurst Platter, Pierogi Platter, Cod Cakes, Cream of Chicken Mushroom Soup, Lobster Bisque. Baked Goods, Christmas Cookies. Gluhwein, Hot Chocolate, Mulled Cider (add some rum or bourbon). *Join us afterwards in the Grazing Room for our Chef’s Christmas Cheer Menu and a view of holiday lights throughout the gardens. Early seating begin at 4:00 pm.

It's Almost Christmas! High Tea

New Year's Eve Sparkling Wine Dinner
Join us as we celebrate our FIFTIETH Wine Dinner since 2016 and look forward to the best yet to come! Sunday, December 31 (7:00-10:30 p.m.) $150 per person (plus gratuity and sales tax) 5-Course Dinner with pairings of champagne and some top picks of wine (other alcohol served a la carte and charged separately). The menu is available under our dining webpage - see the Holiday tab. OVERNIGHT PACKAGE We'll continue onward to midnight with our overnight guests. Enjoy a roaring fire, fun parlor games, more champagne, and complimentary late-night treats. Complimentary Champagne Brunch and late 12:00 pm check-out for overnight stays.

New Year's Day - Back to 80s Brunch
We're kicking off 2024 with something that should have happened here a long time ago - Back to the 80s Brunch!! Dress as you were in the 80s, if you dare! $45 per person includes a round of your choice of: mimosa, Bloody Mary, signature mocktail or perhaps the honey-grapefruit martini. Starter buffet and hot (by order) entree choices to feature Shrimp & Avocado Shakshuka, Steak & Eggs, Chocolate-Stuffed French Toast or House-Cured Lox Eggs Benedict. Mini desserts. Dry January Pairing Dinner
Can you believe, the Chef's Sparking Wine Dinner on December 31 will be our FIFTIETH Wine Dinner!?! We've had a lot of fun over the last 8 years showcasing foods and wines from around the globe - and not once was a bottle of wine repeated. As also 50-somethings, we know that this milestone is a reflection for keeping things fresh and exciting, so we have something planned that we've never done before for our first event of 2024! MOCKTAIL SHOWCASE PAIRING DINNER. January 20. 6:00 pm. $110 pp (or $130 with the Best of the Wine Cellar Pairings) plus sales tax and gratuity. As we look forward to the best year yet, we are preparing to support health, mindfulness and celebration with our first alcohol-free Pairing Dinner (We will also pull out of our wine cellar some of our priciest - perhaps some Carnival of Love or Sea Smoke, and hence slower-selling, wines for people who do want to drink) . While our seasonal mocktails in the Grazing Room have been a big hit, we will be challenging ourselves with this dinner to bring to your table food-pairing mocktails that introduce us all to innovative products and creative techniques for mixology that do not utilize alcohol. $110 per person ($130 for Exclusive Wine Pairings) plus sales tax and gratuity.

Host a Barn Shower or Cocktail Party
After the success of last year's SPRING FLING season, the Barn will be again especially decorated, throughout April and May, for celebrating the arrival of SPRING! The atmosphere was a splendid back-drop for baby and bridal showers as well as private cocktail parties or birthday parties (all with a minimum of 25 guests). Your guests will certainly be delighted with the baby goats we're expecting around May 1. The Barn facility fee is $500 for such events, and does include a heater as needed for temperatures below 60*F - we also offer 10% off guest rooms for anyone needing an overnight stay. "Into The Woods" Game & Foraging Dinner
We've moved up this favorite dinner in the hopes of perfect outdoor dining weather and to celebrate the beginning of Oktoberfest. A special night of dining in our "Into the Woods" private dining space which is stylized for a "woodsy" dining experience. (Dress for Oktoberfest and be sure to take home a raffle prize!) Regional Oktoberfest beers and delicious Sekts (Austrian sparkling wines) will be offered prior to sitting for dinner. A six-course Austrian Hunter's-inspired dinner featuring regional game and locally foraged foods, paired with Austrian wine. The menu will be presented by Chef Barnes and a favorite Austrian Wine Importer. Special Guest Christine Gagnon will speak about her expertise as a local forager. Dessert course will also include a bourbon tasting bar by an evening bonfire (weather permitting). 6:00 pm. $150 pp. (plus sales tax and gratuity). Communal outdoor seating at one long farm table for 60 guests (barn will serve as a rain plan). A special Poolside Oktoberfest Celebration will be complimentary on Saturday for any overnight guests staying both Friday and Saturday nights.
